FAQs
Answers to common questions about our systems.
How long does a typical build take?
Our standard turnaround is a strict 7-day sprint. We avoid dragging projects out for months by utilizing a dedicated "Deep Work" week to maintain momentum. Once your content is ready, we spend the first four days on intensive design and development, move immediately into a collaborative review phase, and aim to have your fully optimized infrastructure live and launched by day seven.
What do you need from me to start?
Just your Brand Assets and Copy. Before we book your production slot, we need your logo, brand colors, and the text (copy) for the site. If you don't have copy, we can include a "Copywriting Workshop" as an add-on to your package. We handle the rest (layout, logic, mobile optimization).
What if I want to change things after the launch?
You are covered by a 30-Day "Hypercare" Warranty. We don't launch and leave. Any bugs, text swaps, or minor image updates needed in the first month are done for free. After that, we offer a low-cost maintenance retainer, or you can manage it yourself via the CMS.
Why do you use Framer instead of other platforms?
Speed, Security, and Design Freedom. Legacy site builders rely on dozens of third-party plugins that inevitably break, create security vulnerabilities, or slow down your load times. Framer is a modern React-based infrastructure (using the same technology as Uber and Facebook) that loads instantly, requires zero security maintenance, and allows for high-end animations that traditional tools simply cannot handle.
Is Framer actually good for SEO?
Yes, it often outperforms legacy platforms right out of the box. Since Google prioritizes "Core Web Vitals" (speed and stability), Framer's lightweight architecture gives you an immediate ranking advantage over bloated traditional builders. We also manually configure your Semantic HTML, Meta Tags, and Sitemap to ensure your infrastructure is indexed correctly by search engines from day one.
Can I edit the text and images myself?
Yes, via the CMS (Content Management System). You will have a simple dashboard that looks like a Word document. You can add blog posts, change team photos, or update text without ever touching the design code or breaking the layout.
Do I own the website and designs?
Yes, 100%. We do not believe in holding your business hostage or locking you into a rental model. Upon final payment, we initiate a complete transfer of the workspace ownership directly to you. This ensures you have total control over your digital infrastructure and all associated assets with zero strings attached.
What is the payment structure?
50% to start, 50% on completion. The initial deposit secures your specific "Production Slot" in our calendar. The final balance is due only when the site is finished and ready to go live.
