UI/UX Designer
We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer to define the visual language of our systems. You won’t just design "websites"; you will build immersive digital products on Framer that feel like high-end software. You will own the aesthetic execution—from the typography in our headlines to the motion of our interactions—ensuring that every pixel signals "premium infrastructure."
What you’ll do
Translate abstract system requirements into stunning, functional interfaces in Framer.
Build and maintain the AgencyFlux Design System (components, typography, motion variables).
Collaborate with automation engineers to visualize data flows and backend logic on the frontend.
Ship high-fidelity prototypes and live sites at a pace that traditional dev teams can’t match.
Push the boundaries of Framer with code overrides (React/CSS) when native tools aren't enough.
What you’ll bring
Top 1% portfolio showcasing high-end, minimal web design (Apple/Linear aesthetic).
Deep expertise in Framer (CMS, Layout, Effects, and component architecture).
Strong understanding of UX principles—you design for function, not just Dribbble likes.
Ability to think in "Systems" and "Components," not just static pages.
Bonus: Basic understanding of React or code overrides.
