Framer Web Developer
We’re looking for a Framer Web Developer who is obsessed with performance. While our designers handle the "look," you handle the "feel." You will turn static designs into living, breathing web systems that load instantly and rank perfectly. You are the bridge between a Figma file and a deployed production site—ensuring that our infrastructure is pixel-perfect, responsive, and technically flawless.
What you’ll do
Take design handoffs and implement them in Framer with pixel-perfect precision.
Architect complex CMS collections that power our programmatic SEO strategy.
Write custom React code overrides and CSS to achieve effects that native Framer can't handle.
Optimize site performance (Lighthouse scores, image compression) to ensure sub-second load times.
Manage domain connections, redirects, and technical SEO settings for client deployments.
What you’ll bring
A portfolio of live Framer sites that are fast, responsive, and technically complex.
Strong understanding of HTML/CSS/React—you know how the web works under the hood.
Experience with third-party integrations (FramerForms, Typeform, Stripe) using code components.
An obsession with "Clean-up"—you name your layers and structure your components logically.
Ability to troubleshoot DNS issues and debugging generic web errors.
