Automation Engineer
We’re looking for a Automation Engineer to architect the nervous system of our client operations. This is not about zapping data from A to B; it is about engineering self-healing, complex infrastructure that allows 8-figure companies to run on autopilot. You will be hands-on from day one: designing logic, handling webhooks, and ensuring our "OS" never goes offline.
What you’ll do
Architect and deploy complex, multi-step workflows using n8n and Make.
Write custom JavaScript/TypeScript functions to handle advanced data transformation and logic.
Engineer robust error-handling and "self-healing" mechanisms to ensure 99.9% system uptime.
Integrate disparate APIs (CRMs, LLMs, Vector Databases) into a unified, seamless infrastructure.
Debug critical operational failures in real-time and document the fix for our internal blueprints.
What you’ll bring
3+ years of experience in backend engineering or advanced low-code automation.
Master-level proficiency in n8n (hosting, node creation, execution modes).
Strong command of JavaScript/TypeScript and JSON data manipulation.
A "systems mindset"—you see the whole machine, not just individual tasks.
Experience with vector databases (Pinecone/Weaviate) and LLM API integration (OpenAI/Anthropic).
What we offer
At AgencyFlux, we treat our team like partners, not freelancers. You will enjoy a fully remote-first setup, flexible hours optimized for output over presence, and a profit-share bonus structure. We provide an annual "Intelligence Budget" to keep your skills sharp and full access to our enterprise-tier tech stack.
