AI Voice Architect
We’re looking for an AI Voice Architect to engineer the next generation of conversational interfaces. You will move beyond simple chatbots to build ultra-low latency voice agents that sound, react, and converse like humans. This is a technical and creative role—requiring you to balance latency engineering with linguistic nuance to create "magic" moments for our clients.
What you’ll do
Design and configure production-grade voice agents using Vapi and Retell AI.
Engineer complex system prompts and conversational flows that handle interruptions naturally.
Optimize latency stacks to shave milliseconds off response times.
Integrate voice streams with backend tools (Twilio, CRMs) for real-time data capture.
Test and refine "personality" settings to ensure agents represent client brands perfectly.
What you’ll bring
Proven experience deploying voice AI in live production environments.
Deep understanding of LLM prompting strategies (few-shot, chain-of-thought).
Technical familiarity with SIP trunking, Twilio, and WebSocket protocols.
An obsession with nuance—you understand why a 500ms pause makes a difference.
Ability to write scripts that sound spoken, not written.
